1. Digital Product Nature

All Amazon.ae Gift Cards sold on this platform are digital codes. No physical cards will be shipped. The codes are delivered electronically to the email address provided during checkout.

2. Amazon.ae Relationship

Paramount Plus Loyalty is an authorized reseller of Amazon.ae Gift Cards. However, we are an independent entity. Use of Amazon Gift Cards is subject to Amazon's own Terms and Conditions. We are not responsible for any issues arising from the Amazon.ae platform itself.

3. No Refund & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, once a gift card code has been generated and sent to the customer, it is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please ensure you are purchasing for the correct region (Amazon.ae) before completing your order.

4. Accuracy of Information

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and valid email address. Paramount Plus Loyalty is not liable for codes sent to an incorrect email address provided by the user.

5. Payment & Security

All transactions are processed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham). We use secure, encrypted payment gateways and reserve the right to flag or cancel any transaction suspected of fraudulent activity to protect our customers and partners.

6. Limitation of Liability

Paramount Plus Loyalty shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from lost or stolen gift card codes, or unauthorized use of the codes once delivered.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
